We recently worked with David Lloyd Leisure to launch The Engine Room- a new health and fitness video resource that supports their new year marketing campaign. The Engine Room contains videos designed to support anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness and stick to their goals. Based on the three Fs – Fitness, Fuel and Focus – The Engine Room is designed to cut through the fads and quick-fix diets by offering realistic, sustainable advice towards achieving a healthier lifestyle. We worked with experts from David Lloyd Leisure to produce nineteen videos covering everything from breaking down the different types of exercise to maintaining a healthy diet. For the second part of the project we designed and built a fully responsive website which launched at the end of January- a time when people are really starting to waver on their resolutions.
