Investors in People Appoint Somersault

Following a competitive tender process, Somersault has been selected to work with Investors in People to formulate a video strategy and produce content that addresses the organisation’s major objectives. Investors in People is owned and managed by the UK Commission for Employment and Skills, an executive non-departmental public body of the Department for Business Innovation and Skills. They exist to help businesses realise the potential of their people, improve standards and gain the accreditation to prove it. Over the last twenty years, IIP has helped to more than 100,000 businesses around the world improve, using their Accreditation Framework to boost working culture, increase employee engagement and encourage game changing leadership. They currently work with businesses such as BUPA, McDonalds and Vauxhall. Investors in People’s decision to commission a video agency follows a brand overhaul which has seen the organisation update their proposition and the products and services they offer to clients. They will be using video to help re-position the brand, raise awareness and generate enquiries about the Investors in People Accreditation.

We have already started work with Investors in People, carrying out essential strategy work throughout February as well as producing the first piece of video content to support the Investors in People Academy, a new online resource that supports business leaders.
