Highlighting the real stories behind the Investors in People framework.

Investors in People is one of the most recognisable business brands of the past thirty years and have worked with over 50,000 organisations. Their standard defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people for sustained business success.

The challenge.

As part of the wider content strategy, we identified that Investors in People needed to highlight the real human stories behind the businesses they work with. This allowed Investors in People to show the impact they have on workplaces across the world, far beyond just being a 'plaque on the wall'.

The work.

Working closely with the Investors in People team, we identified a number of businesses who have successfully completed different levels of the Investors in People accreditation. One of these businesses was The Landmark Hotel, a luxury hotel in central London. 

After speaking with a wide range of people at the hotel about why they decided to engage with Investors in people, we created a case study film that illustrated the impact the accreditation has had across the business, from apprentices through to senior members of staff.

The outcome.

This film was part of a series featuring businesses including Brother and Vauxhall and served as a marquee piece of content in the 'Success Stories' section of the Investors in People website. It has also been repurposed in a number of ways for events, social and email activity.
