Turning cybersecurity insights into an impactful thought leadership series

Project Overview

We teamed up with Zivver to produce a webinar series that unpacked insights from their Cybersecurity Trends Report 2024. The series targeted IT leaders, decision-makers, and cybersecurity professionals, addressing critical challenges around managing the three key themes from the report: risk, tools, and people.

The six episodes featured engaging conversations between Zivver’s key stakeholders, industry experts, and cybersecurity influencers, such as Francis West, CEO of Security Everywhere. The discussions provided actionable insights into tackling data security, promoting best practices, and empowering organisations to foster a proactive security culture. 

The webinars were distributed across Zivver’s website and LinkedIn, including shorter social teasers pre-event and post-event to maximise audience reach and engagement.

What we did

Planning & Preparation

Our team developed a clear agenda and crafted key discussion points to align with the campaign messaging and objectives. We provided technical and practical recording guidance, ensuring contributors were set up for success using Riverside, our remote recording platform. Chemistry meetings and rehearsals were scheduled to build rapport, refine talking points, and troubleshoot technical issues ahead of recording. 

Seamless Production

During production, we recorded the webinars remotely, with our producers offering live technical and creative support. We ensured high-quality visuals and audio, guiding contributors on framing, lighting, and sound setups for a professional finish.

Post-production involved editing the recordings into branded, polished episodes, incorporating graphics, visuals, and on-screen text to emphasise Zivver’s positioning and messaging. Additionally, we produced tailored promotional assets, including static visuals, and short animated video teasers, to effectively promote each episode across LinkedIn and Zivver’s website. 

By combining strategic planning, technical expertise, and creative execution, we crafted a webinar series that has strengthened Zivver’s position as a thought leader in their industry.
